Mr. Perez is also a  Title Co Attorney providing top notch service to buyers and sellers and has a wealth of knowledge and experience he brings to every transaction.  He is also a member of the Texas Bar and a Certified mediator.  Mr. Perez was involved in the Mortgage Industry for 10 years prior to opening his Title offices and has helped hundreds of homeowners with purchase and refinance transactions.   

Mr. Perez received a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice degree from The University of Houston and his Juris Doctorate degree from South Texas College of Law. Mr. Perez is a native Houstonian who seeks to provide legal guidance and representation while establishing strong and lasting client relationships.
